Public Procurement
The Public Procurement Code (CCP) is divided into 2 parts:
- a legislative part annexed to bearing the legislative part of the Public Order Code
- a regulatory part appended to , dealing with the regulatory part of the Public Order Code.
All of its procurement contracts entered into since April 1, 2016 are administrative contracts.
ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â's General Purchasing Conditions (CGA) in force for the period in question take precedence over the suppliers' General Sales Conditions (GSCs).
ÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â dematerializes the entire procedure on its buyer profile for each of its public contracts meeting a need with an estimated value equal to or greater than 90 000 euros excluding tax, and for certain contracts with an estimated value of less than 90 000 euros:
